Before continuing to access (including but not limited to entering, browsing or using) the Websites, please read and give consent to OALT’s implementation of this Website Use Policy.

Upon your access to the Websites, you have given consent to the system monitoring conducted by OALT for the guarantee of legality or other purposes. Any actions related to the unauthorized use of the Websites may cause you to be prosecuted for criminal offenses or subject to fines and sanctions.

Users without authorization shall not attempt to use, access, or use the data or program stored in OALT’s system; and shall not broadcast, reproduce, modify, publish, or transmit such data or program;

（3） Users shall not engage in any conducts detrimental to the Websites or engage in any actions that may cause adverse impact on the normal transmission of the network; and shall not store external data on any systems or computer media of OALT.

（4） Users shall not copy any systems or files for unauthorized personal use or for use of unauthorized party;

（5） Users shall not download, install, or execute any programs which may disclose confidential information of OALT’s computer system or network;

（6） Users shall have no right in the Websites or the information in the Websites; users shall not use the information or services provided by OALT for any other purposes through any means.

（7） Users shall not steal others’ OALT user accounts; shall not obtain additional systems or network resources illegally or without authorization;

（8） Users shall not input or upload any computer program or paths which contain virus or may damage, interfere, or reduce OALT’s system or network efficiency or relevant service quality.

In case that the Websites provide any links to any other websites, users agree that OALT shall not be liable for such third-party websites, including but not limited to the content, correctness, or validity.

（1） OALT will use its reasonable effort to maintain the services provided in the Websites. In no event shall OALT be liable to any defect or deficiency of the Websites’ service and any direct or indirect damages arising from it.

（2） Users shall solely bear the risk of connecting and using the services of the Websites. OALT makes no representations or warranties of any kind, explicitly or implicitly, in regard to the applicability, correctness, accuracy, timeliness, security, reliability, or possible disconnection.

（3） In case there is any downloadable software provided in the Websites or linked third-party websites, it is for the sole purpose of facilitating use of the Websites. OALT makes no representations or warranties of any kind, in regard to any functions of any third-party software used in the Websites. You shall take full responsibility to adopt reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent computer virus or other destructive properties. And You shall also provide sufficient protection and backup for data and/or equipment.

（4） Users clearly understand and agree that due to any use or unable to use the service of the Websites, OALT is under no obligation to indemnify users for any direct, indirect, occasional, particular, joint, or punitive damage which include but not limited to profit loss, data loss, reputation damage or other intangible loss, etc.

OALT privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) applies to the data of users which are collected by the Websites and the information provided by users. This Website Use Policy and any disputes or issues arising from or in connection with this Website Use Policy shall be governed by the laws of the R.O.C and subject of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of the first instance.
